Visitor Information:
Once known as the Amoco Building and before that the Standard Oil Building, the Aon Center was designed by Edward Durell Stone & Associates and Perkins and Will Corporation. At the time of its completion in 1972 it was the fourth-tallest building in the world, and the tallest in Chicago.
Visitor Tips:
The sunken plaza is a great place to take a break from those hot Chicago summer days.
