Visitor Information:

Brookfield Zoo was the first zoo with a fully-indoor dolphin exhibit. Today the zoo has more than three thousand animals, including: African lion, African Elephant, Siberian tiger, Andean Condor, Bottlenose Dolphin, Bald Eagle, Black Rhinoceros, Spider Monkey, California Sea Lions, Golden Lion Tamarin, Humboldt Penguin, Polar Bears, Pacific Walrus, Sloth Bear, and more.

Small children will love the The Children's Zoo featuring domestic animals, and the hand-carved carousel. Be sure to visit Tropic World, an indoor rain forest simulation, one of our favorite exhibits.

Hours:
Brookfield Zoo is open every day of the year!
Indoor animal exhibits close one half hour before the zoo closes.
