The Chicago Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA), located on the Southwest corner of Chicago Avenue and Halsted Street, is a multi-venue entertainment complex that resides in a four-building development that was built in 1906, and served as a factory until Montgomery Ward began using it as a catalog fulfillment center and warehouse.
