The Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) offers exhibitions of the most thought-provoking art created since 1945. The MCA documents contemporary visual culture through painting, sculpture, photography, video and film, and performance. Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, the MCA boasts a gift store, bookstore, restaurant, 300-seat theater, and a terraced sculpture garden with a great view of Lake Michigan.

Admission:
Admission Prices Suggested General Admission $10 Students with ID and Senior Citizens $ 6 MCA Members and Children 12 and under, members of the military.
Visitor Tips:
Admission is FREE all day on Tuesdays! Check your calendar. On the First Friday of each month the museum has a special happy hour with a cash bar featuring specialty drinks and free Wolfgang Puck appetizers. Enjoy live music from local DJs.
