Chicago's Lincoln Park NeighborhoodOne of the most popular residential neighborhoods in Chicago is Lincoln Park. It's located near the lake above Old Town, and includes some of Chicago's top attractions. The always free Lincoln Park Zoo, the Conservatory, and the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, great for Kids. Also in the neighborhood is DePaul University. The area has many boutique style shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood next to the beautiful Lincoln Park provides easy access to the Lakefront. The neighborhood is bounded on the North by Diversey Parkway, to the West by Clybourn Avenue, to the South by North Avenue, and to the East by the 1,200 acre Lincoln Park. You can access Lincoln Park from Lake Shore Drive, or by Chicago Mass Transit, Red, Brown, and Purple lines at the Fullerton Station. Chicago Mob History: |
