Wrigleyville Neighborhood

Located north of the Lincoln Park Area is the Lakeview and Wrigleyville Neighborhood. The area is packed with Nightclubs, Bars, and Restaurants. Wrigleyville is located in the northern area of Lakeview. The main attraction is perhaps the home of the Chicago Cubs Baseball team, Wrigley Field. Wrigley is one of the oldest ballparks in the country. Getting a ticket can be tough so plan ahead if you are trying to score a ticket. Chicago Cubs Tickets

Bars and Clubs

Across the street from historic Wrigley Field, the popular Sport Bar the Cubby Bear , with over 30,000 square feet and 75 plasma TVs, it's a great place to hang before or after the game. On the other side of the stadium across from the bleacher entrance is Murphy's Bleachers, The bar started out as Ernie's Bleachers in the 30's, a drive up hot dog stand selling beer by the pail. Find Murphy's at the corner of Sheffield and Waveland Avenues.

Between Addison and Sheffield on North Clark is also a hot spot with more than 15 Bars and Pubs, including Sluggers, Goose Island Wrigleyville, Wild Hare, Mullen's on Clark, Moxie, Irish Oak and Tryst. See a Map of Bars near Wrigleyville.

Looking for something more upscale, try some exotic fare at the Raw Bar and Grill, or The Red Ivy, a Palermo’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria. Two blocks North of Wrigley field is the concert venue the Metro.

A little further North of Wrigley field is the Graceland Cemetery. The cemetery is full of the graves of historic figures in Chicago History, like Marshall Fields, Architect Louis Sullivan, and Daniel Burnham.

Cubs History:
The Cubs last world series appearance was in 1945.
Built in 1914, Wrigley Field is the second-oldest ballpark in the majors.
